Hydraulic Cylinder Industry: Production and processing of over 90-grade cylinders, over 110-grade cylinders, front cylinders, mid-mounted cylinders, other types of dump truck cylinders, and a variety of non-standard hydraulic and other products.

Our manufacturing process of hydraulic cylinders is advanced. We provide professional support for domestic metallurgical equipment, paper making machinery, mining machinery, engineering machinery, and all kinds of large and medium-sized furnace and steel enterprises, cooperated with China National Heavy Duty Truck Group, Shaanxi Automobile Group, and other large automobile plants, and has won appraisal from our clients.

The cold-drawn precision section includes hydraulic cold-drawn seamless pipes, hydraulic cold-drawn welded pipes, honed pipes, and scraped and rolled pipes, which are widely used in hydraulic and pneumatic cylinders of engineering machinery, oil extracting pump cylinders, electromechanical housings, automobile drive shafts, transmission roll steel pipes of textile, printing and dyeing, glass and other fields of precision steel pipes.We can manufacture precision steel pipes with 63-300mm inner diameter and 2.5-36mm wall thickness. The main standards and materials are GB/T3639-2009 、GB8713 20#、45#、16Mn、25Mn、27SiMn、30CrMo、40CrMo； DIN2391-2 ST52、 ST52.3、ST52.4；EN10305-1 E355、C45E、34CrMo4、42CrMo4； ASTM A519 SAE1020、SAE1026、SAE1045、SAE4130、 SAE4140, and the like. With an annual production capacity of 15000 tons, our product sales network now covers 28 provinces, cities, and autonomous regions in China, and is exported overseas independently, with cooperation enterprises such as LGMG (Volvo), Lonking, XCMG, and the like. The export countries include Korea, Vietnam, India, Brazil, South Africa, and so on.

Starting with the production of high-frequency welded pipe, we have rich experience in the production of welded pipes, equipment with high-precision deburring Ф25、Ф28、Ф32、Ф50、Ф28, and other high-frequency longitudinal welded pipe production lines, which can produce outer diameter Ф8 ~ Ф70mm, wall thickness 0.8 ~ 3.0mm round pipe and various specifications of the square rectangular pipe or shaped pipe, as well as customized according to the needs of clients of various requirements of steel pipes, with an annual output of 30,000 tons of high-precision longitudinal welded pipe.
